Our unique chocolate-making school leads you through the in-depth curriculum on chocolate making. Topics include:
Chocolate history as a background to current production practices.
Chocolate making process and techniques.
Gourmet chocolate recipes and tastings.
Learn techniques with chocolate.

Each Class Includes:

• A demo of how to prepare recipes with lots of tips & handy hints
• A chance to sit down, enjoy the dishes prepared and have a bit of a laugh
• An opportunity to prepare the dishes yourself with some guidance (hands on class only)
• Recipe pack to take home
